• Check and seal windows
• upgrade to a programmable thermostat
• Check and clean humidifier
• Close critter entrances
• Check and maintain dishwasher
• Clean out gutters
• Clean outdoor drains
• Check toilets
• Clear out sink drains
• Change furnance filters
• Test Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors
• Check Weatherproof on doors
